Roger Saint-Fort

Dr.Roger Saint-Fort is an environmental chemist who focuses on water quality and treatment. After receiving his PhD from the University of Nebraska, he has worked on many research projects in Canada, Cameroon,Haiti and Mexico. As an environmental practitioner, Dr. Saint-Fort has authored several scientific and technical publications pertaining to landfill, fate and behaviour of chemicals, innovative approaches t o soil, groundwater and wastewater treatment.Dr. Saint-Fort has been the recipients of several governments and private sectors research grants. Dr. saint-Fort's research activities encompass the use of CLO2/UV for remediating DNAPL contaminated groundwater, electro-coagulation and nano bubble technology for treating hydraulic fracturing wastewater streams from shale gas development and sewage lagoons. Dr. Saint-Fort served on several technical committees dealing with soil, water and contamination issues. The last few years Dr. Saint-Fort has also been working passionately and succesfully on prototyping and developing practical innivative, cost effective and lasting water filtration systems in order sustainable safe drinking water to rural areas around the world.
